Because every solution is tailored, we always start with an initial assessment of your process and tools, then give you a written scope and a fixed price — no hourly billing, no open-ended budgets. The assessment starts with a free 30-min discovery session, and if it fits you receive a closed proposal in 2-3 days.

Project packs (Launch and Transformation) have a fixed scope: you pay for the project, it ends, done. Scale Pack is monthly and cancellable with 30 days notice. No 12-month lock-ins or strange clauses.

Launch Pack: 2-4 weeks. Transformation Pack: 4-8 weeks. Scale Pack: ongoing with deliveries every 2 weeks. In all cases, you will see something working within the first 2 weeks — no waiting six months for a "final launch".

Week 1: kickoff and technical discovery. Weeks 2-3: first sprint with a demo at the end. Week 4: adjustments and second sprint start. You get a direct channel with the team (Slack/WhatsApp) and a weekly report of what we did and what is next. No 3-week email loops.

No. The discovery session is free and requires no prep. If you have documentation of your current operations (processes, tools you use) we review it. If you do not, we build it together during diagnosis.

We work in 2-week sprints with a demo at the end of each. If what we deliver does not fit what we agreed, we adjust within scope at no extra cost. Every pack has KPIs defined before we start — if they are not met, we review together what happened and re-orient.

We comply with GDPR (EU) from day one and Privacy Act 1988 (Australia) where applicable. Every project includes a security baseline: SSL, security headers, automated backups and access management. If you handle sensitive data (customer, finance, health) we add a technical audit and continuous monitoring as an add-on.

We work with SMEs and freelancers from 1 to 50 employees. If you are just starting, the Launch Pack is for you. If you already have a team and consolidated operations, Transformation or Scale. If your business has 100+ employees with multiple business units, you probably need something more enterprise — and we will tell you so on the first call.

We operate in both markets with the same bilingual team. If your business has presence or connection across both countries, you do not need to coordinate two separate agencies. If you only operate in one, you still benefit from European quality and privacy standards plus local compliance where applicable.

Before touching anything with AI, we identify what concrete problem it solves and how we will measure it. If a process does not need AI, we do not add it. When it does fit (lead qualification, customer service, internal productivity), we explain exactly what it does, what it costs to operate and what measurable improvement to expect.

100% remote. Teams in Madrid (Spain) and Perth (Australia). We use Slack or WhatsApp for daily communication, Notion for documentation and Google Meet or Zoom for meetings. If you need an occasional onsite session in Madrid or Perth, we coordinate it.
